What are your specialities and areas of interest?
I have experience working with children, teens, and adults. I enjoy helping clients work on their anxiety, interpersonal relationship problems, life transitions, and coping with stress. I am also very passionate about young adults as this time can be crucial for exploring their identity!
What sparks the most joy for you as the therapist?
I love building strong connections with my clients, and it’s such a joy to see them grow and transform through our work together. Each step they take towards greater self-awareness, resilience, and emotional freedom reaffirms the profound impact of the therapeutic journey.
How would you describe your therapy style?
I offer empathy and reassurance, making sure my clients know that they are not alone in their journey. I value my client’s perspectives and we work together to identify the best strategies for their personal growth and well-being. My goal is to help my clients feel empowered, understood, and supported!
What is your favorite quote and why?
One of my favorite quotes is “The ocean does not apologize for its depth and the mountains do not seek forgiveness for the space they take and so, neither shall I” by Becca Lee. I love this quote because it encourages embracing one’s true self with confidence and self-respect, without feeling the need to shrink or make excuses for one’s existence or qualities. It reminds us to be our authentic selves unapologetically!
When you’re not working, how do you like to spend your free time?
In my free time I like to read, make pottery, do yoga, spend time with friends, and soak up the sun at the beach!
